BRIEF: Examining which energy programs and policies New York and New York’s utilities have championed to foster a more resilient, efficient, diverse, environmentally and market friendly energy sector in the state. What other alternative or additional sources of energy –such as natural gas, wind, solar, waste-to-energy, etc – have active or prospective projects in NYC/NYS that we should be paying attention to?
